About Links Directories:
You may have noticed a new addition to the control panel called "Link Directory" this is a special folder for Globel directories, for instance a new directory called free-stuff.me.uk is now available but is not yet linked to the globel control panel yet although it eventually will be.

The link directory is Free on validated accounts but is not yet available estimated availability for the link directory inclusion functions is towards the end of March 2004, validation occurs with the inclusion of your personal details! An automatic post is generated and sent to the Webmaster of that domain to inform them that you have added your site to their directory; the Webmaster of the site itself then checks your entry.

The only directory available at present is one for schools; you will need to be an Educator or Teacher of a school to enter this directory, NEVER choose a contact user type that is not applicable in your situation as deletion of your account can occur, the directories are very specific to area's of interest and you must choose your subject wisely.

If no link directories are available for your contact user type please tell us, there's one on the cards for music another for cars and another scripts that are all on the drawing table at present, all directories are designed to be complete on their individual subject matter, this is why they will be very strict on inclusion to that related directory.
