1. You have a valid account?
2. You have spelt the account or counter name correctly?
3. You have visited your web page recently to check if your counter is still operational?
4. Your account was originally set up to either change your counter totals and/or produce statistics?
5. If you have a counter you MUST check it is working on your webpage!

If you have answered yes to the questions above and after going to your web page to check your counter and trying again with this form you still cannot access your account please contact me on webmaster@free-counter.co. uk giving your counter and/or account name, please also explain what you did to get this problem we will resolve it within 24 hours.
